King Solomon wrote in Proverbs 29 verse 18 in the King James Version, “Where there is no vision, the people perish”.
This holds true for governments as well as business. Jack Welch, former CEO of GE between 1981 and 2001 made this statement. “Good business leaders create a vision, articulate the vision, passionately own the vision, and relentlessly drive it to completion”.
If your business is lacking could that be from a lack of vision? Or, do you have vision but lack the ability to articulate it passionately to inspire others?
Take the time to become so consumed by the vision of your business to be able to inspire others to greater success for both the business as well as themselves. Become a visionary of your business, dream up new products, new ways to market. Set achievement goals and action steps to reach those goals. Then, motivate the masses to see your product as the answer to their problems. Always keep the customer in mind, give them more value then the price you charge for your product and you will have a repeat customer for years to come.
Until Next Time…
